Shipping services are determined according to the destination entered during checkout. After you provide your complete delivery address, the checkout page will display the shipping method or methods available for your location.

3. Shipping Rates

Two standard flat-rate delivery services are available.

Standard Shipping

Rate: $5.99

This option is intended for customers looking for a lower-cost delivery service and who do not require urgent delivery.

Estimated delivery: 15–25 days

Orders using Standard Shipping are transported through our regular logistics partners.

Express Shipping

Rate: $15.99

Express Shipping is available for customers who prefer a priority delivery option. Orders selected for this service receive faster logistics processing.

Free Standard Shipping

A $40 minimum merchandise value, excluding tax, qualifies the order for free Standard Shipping.

Please note that this promotion applies only to Standard Shipping. If Express Shipping is selected, the $15.99 Express Shipping charge remains applicable.

4. Understanding Estimated Arrival Times

The delivery period provided for each shipping service is an estimate only. Actual arrival times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our direct control.

Factors that may affect transportation include:

• The destination and shipping distance

• Customs procedures for international shipments

• Carrier capacity and operating conditions

• Increased order volumes during seasonal periods

Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular calendar date.

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number included in the shipping notification can be used to monitor the shipment.

5. Requirements for Overseas Orders

For deliveries crossing international borders, customers should take note of the following:

Delivery Information

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied and the package needs to be sent again, additional reshipping charges may apply.

• The outer package has obvious damage caused during transportation
